Our signature weddings are ideal for couples who desire our expert team to create, design, and execute stunning floral arrangements, complete with seamless setup and teardown services.

For your reception, we create breathtaking hanging displays, sophisticated centerpieces, opulent head table garlands, and more, customized to your unique vision.

Our Grand Royale Weddings are for couples who have flowers at the top of their wedding vendor list. Floral installations most commonly done are premium flower arches, continuous aisle florals, lush floral runners with candles, hanging installations, and more.
We also include a complimentary mock-up of your choice of bridal bouquet or centerpieces that we would design a few months prior to your wedding day to ensure we can accomplish the look you are going for.
GRAND ROYALE WEDDINGS

2025 MINIMUM investment:
The week leading up to your wedding we will start preparing and designing everything floral related so that you can enjoy your special day with everyone you love and care for!
A month prior to your wedding we will do a final check in with you to revise any last minute changes so that we can submit your flower order with our vendors. In some cases, we can design a physical mockup of your centerpiece at your final design meeting with your venue coordinator and/or wedding planner.

Once you've officially joined the Bellagio Family, we'll start designing your detailed floral lookbook to make sure everything floral related runs smoothly on your wedding day! This includes floral varieties we'd be using & also inspiration pictures or digital mockups of each arrangement we would be creating.
design & edits
Within 72 hours of our consultation, we'll send you an itemized quote of everything we discussed. We can edit your quote as needed to stay within your budget. After we come up with a final quote, we'll send you a contract to sign. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure our availability for your date.
PROPOSAL & CONTRACT
Once you fill out our wedding form, we'll schedule a time to introduce ourselves and discuss everything floral related for your wedding day!
